Jennifer Lopez is going head-to-head with her rapper pal Pitbull for the title of Latino Artist of the Year.
The On the Floor collaborators have each been nominated for the Tr3s cable network title, and they will face stiff competition from fellow Latin hitmakers Juanes, Wisin & Yandel and Romeo Santos.
The winner will be announced as part of the Mtv Video Music Awards in Los Angeles next month (06Sep12).
